Image nails is one of the most unprofessional nail salons iIve ever been to. I had arrived around 3:30 and wanted to get my nails and toes done for my niece’s graduation. I wanted acrylic nails that were blue and I wanted my toes the same color as well. My nails are unbelievable right now! They are bulky and sloppy without being shaped right. It feels like I have bricks for nails! I am distraught and ashamed to even be out in public before i take these nails off!! The pedicure itself felt rushed and is equally as sloppy. There is still dead skin on my toes and I have dried polish on my cuticles. For goodness sake, there is no polish on the sides of most of my toenails! Please do not go there because they certainly do not live up to their image!

I brang my daughter one time & the daughter did one amazing job on her! The diamonds last super long & they are on there strong i recommend the gel nails they are the best & last a good 3weeks maybe more...

I really like the way my nails turned out, everyone was really sweet, had good customer service, and the guy who shaped my coffin tip did a really good job it was the perfect confin shape! But the reason I’m only giving 3 stars is a few reasons. When I first walked in I didn’t feel to welcomed, but the guy who spoke to me first was sweet an all. I felt like the pedicure tub needed a plastic wrap over it for sanitary reasons and it didn’t have one. And lastly the lady didn’t soak my old acrylics in acetone! She just started forcing them off! I was in pain. The guy said that soaking takes to long. Although I got through the pain I felt like they should of asked me before...

If you plan on walking into a Nail Salon with out AN APPOINTMENT scheduled For Yourself, Make Sure you don't have anything or anywhere Super Important to be At in the next 30 minute's to several hours tops... DON'T Be that Person that is trying to Rush The Nail Techs and talking your way to Cut in front of the other customers that were already in front of you Just because the Work your planning on getting is allot Less then the customers in front.. Your NOT going Threw a Car Wash that takes a couple minutes.. Customers utilize that time to relax and Vent, NOT TO be rushed and booted out cause your in a hurry...
