Horrible experience! I ordered a panda bowl with black pepper angus steak and chow mein and my goodness are they stingy on the portion of the entree, although you pay an extra $1.25 to have that particular entree. As seen in the picture, I literally got 3 pieces of steak and a few mushrooms and peppers. I wouldn’t even say a full spoonful of the entree. It was 95% chow mein and 5% entree. Granted the bowl wasn’t even filled up. It was very small portions sizes. The prices DO NOT reflect what you get. Prices have gotten insanely expensive and the portion sizes have decreased. Absolutely ridiculous, especially for having to pay extra for this entree. I called when I got home to let them know what happened and the lady on the phone was rude and didn’t seem to care. Sad part is, people spend their hard earned money to eat out and it’s extremely upsetting when you have to deal with this kind of issue after a long day and then have to deal with incompetent workers that are rude as well. Last time visiting this place!

Horrible! I can describe this whole visit in one word. The fried rice was burnt and raw all in the same bite, with an added bonus of chow mein mixed in, very classic, NOT! Burnt egg rolls, hard orange chicken, and the teriyaki chicken, well let’s just say they need training on how to cut, chunks were so big they might as well have left it whole. On the plus side, I have finally received the correct amount of teriyaki sauce for the order, and the person at the drive thru was cordial

I understand you can’t let everyone use the restroom … but I’m not homeless and I don’t look homeless… the girls said I need to purchase and pay before I could relieve myself!!!! Lucky I was picking up an order next time I might cancel!!!! It’s bad customer service and they probably didn’t want anyone to steal there lashes🤷🏽‍♀️🤣

DO NOT MAKE A MOBILE ORDER FROM THIS STORE. THEY WILL SELL YOUR FOOD TO OTHER CUSTOMERS AND THEN LAUGH AT YOU.

My husband made a mobile order tonight. He tried to call to adjust the order, and three calls went unanswered. When I went to pick it up without the adjustments, the person on the speaker sounded very unhappy and rushed. Before anything else she yells "WE JUST RAN OUT OF ORANGE CHICKEN AND WHITE RICE AND..." I didn't hear the rest, because I said that "I had a mobile order that has orange chicken on it, so what is going on?" She tells me to pull forward because she "has something to tell me". So I pull up and ask, "so, you sold my food?" She LAUGHS and SMIRKS at me, and says "no. We just ran out."

So I demanded a refund, because they did, in fact, sell my food to another customer rather than prepping my mobile order. Then, rather than calling me to inform me that most of my order was unavailable, they let me drive all the way to the store, wait in line for over 15 minutes, and then SMIRKED AT ME when they told me that they had sold my food before I arrived. Lady at the window tells her manager about me, and then snarkily says "she wants a refund for the whole order" Well, more than half the order was unavailable! Was I supposed to bring home food for the one person whose entree was available and sides for everyone else? Like, really, lady?! And they want to stand by this nonsense of they "didn't sell my food to another customer". So, you never had orange chicken today then? And didn't update your mobile ordering to reflect that? Again, that's on YOU, not the customer who already paid for the food you did not provide.

People will ALWAYS demand a refund when the service and/or product they paid for is not fulfilled/provided. And this Manager FAILED to FULFILL or PROVIDE the product that I paid for, because apparently mobile orders are last on the totem pole, despite being PREPAID.

Mr. Manager, you're terrible at your job. Pick up the phone, you banana. Handle your store appropriately. This is...

It smelled heavenly walking in and my tummy was excited.

The reality was not quite as endearing.

I had a very pleasant staff serve me and although it was obvious she was still new, I was treated well. Everyone behind the counter was nice.

I got home and excitedly started on my veggie spring rolls. Boy, was that the beginning of my problems. It was soggy at the ends, no crunch, but thankfully still flavorful.

Thinking it was just a one off situation, I moved to the main meal. I ordered fried rice, Beijing beef and broccoli beef.

The taste was good, consistent. But the rice... OMG the rice. It was HALF-COOKED.

I'm Asian. FROM Asia. I've lived my life eating, cooking and dreaming about rice. Properly cooked jasmine rice is meant to be fluffy. And that's why I know when rice is cooked well or not.

So you can imagine the heartbreaking disappointment I felt when I felt the crunch in my first mouthful. Shocked, I took another smaller mouthful with only rice and then tried just a single grain and it all drew the same conclusion. The rice was only half-cooked!!!

I've never been so distraught before. Panda has always been my go-to and I'm sticking to my guns on that

But from this point forth, I'm never going back to...

Placed an order TODAY at 9:05 through their mobile app. Some rude lady called me 10 minutes later to say they "just got it," but were out of broccoli beef. She just sat there on the phone and made me look up their own menu to see my other options. Wasn't even on the phone when I replied and had to wait 10 seconds. Then, she told me that I would have to wait in the drive-through, so another 20 mintues in there. After I got to the order taker, he told me to pull through, but he didn't turn off his mic and we overheard "bruh you coulda just went through the line- " and it cut off after. When we met him at the window, he asked for my name a third time and told us to wait even longer. Meaning, our food wasn't ready like they said. Then, the audacity to sit there at the window pointing and laughing at us while they just sat there to talk, not even grab our food, like what the heck. After they FINALLY made our order, he kept saying my name in weird and different ways, making fun of me and didn't even get our order right. Finally, we got home to see that they did have broccoli beef and not only did they waste 40 minutes of our time, but they lied, made fun of and were racist, and didn't even get our order right....
