Our experience with this branch was so bad. We did drive-thru, and the staff barely heard us. Because they couldn't really hear us, we couldn't ask questions about the menu. We were torn between a chicken burrito and a chile relleno plate, and we ended up ordering the latter. But the staff charged us for not only both, but also an additional chicken burrito. It was supposed to be $10, but we ended up paying $25. We thought we are not going back to get a refund, but to try them all out. But the really bad thing was food. My husband does not eat pork or beef for health and ethical reasons. But the burrito that we thought "chicken" was not chicken. It was either pork or beef even though the receipt showed that it is a chicken burrito. He already had to chew it to figure out what the meat was. He really had a bad time with that. The other chile relleno plate, was not something that I would pay for. The chile relleno and the rice were REALLY greasy so much so that I couldn't eat further. What was worse was the guacamole sauce. Honestly, that quac was the worst quac I ever had. It tasted like a liquid glue. I don't know how they managed to sell those foods at that quality (the service was okay), but they definitely need to pay attention to the quality of their foods they are selling. Read moreI went here and ordered a veggie burrito. They gave me a bacon breakfast burrito. Since it was my lunch for work I didn't open it til me break a few hours later. I went here because I was in the area but this isn't near my work or home. When I called them to see how we could fix this they said I had to bring back the burrito to prove my story and get my money back. I told the person I didn't live near there and wasn't sure when I could go, plus if I couldn't go right away the burrito would spoil. They said it didn't matter, if I wanted my money back they wanted their burrito. I made the drive out after work, just about 30 minutes later, and they acted like they hadn't even talked to me. The girl at the window said they never agreed to a refund and had to phone a manager. So besides driving extra to get my money back they wasted more of my time. I tried them again later because my coworkers ordered, my order was correct that time, but the guy who helped me in the drive through tried hitting on me and that was super uncomfortable. Women...

I ordered a carne asada burrito and as soon as I ordered I could hear the attitude she isn’t very educated kept yelling what instead of being polite and asking excuse me how can I help you or I’m sorry my headset isn’t working can you repeat that! It took 15 minutes just to get from speaker to window I waited 2 minutes and they never came to window to collect money or see what I ordered! I called to speak to manager and her first response was “What” must be the training they receive from management to be disrespectful and not give the respect a customer deserves.
