Los Altos Park Skatepark. — Attraction in Albuquerque

Excellent facilities, love to skate here. My only concern is the locals don't seem to have any pride in it whatsoever, the park is always dirty, with trash in the bowls and littering the skate surfaces, wich is not only dangerous but disappointing as well. Otherwise the park itself is fantastic for beginners to kind of test the waters and get a feel for the sport. Enjoyed the skaters doing different kind of tricks but bikes on the same park does not match bicyclists have their eyes down and skaters straight forward whish makes it complicated to bicyclists to see what is in front of them and a few times there was almost an accident between the two it is also more dangerous for bicyclists since incase of falling the handles can be a very dangerous thing for them and or...

Was there since day one ,miss the park love skating . Can get a bit rough with the neighborhood and transients around . Other than that it's my go-to skatepark in Albuquerque period !
