I’m going to try to leave this review in the best way possible. I’m not mad, I really want these guys to workout but as the status quo, probably won’t be back. Let me first state, that they’re nice. No one was rude and it might be that they are under new management, however, the food, not so good. We ordered a 18” cheese and I’m sorry to say there was not much cheese. Ever get a pizza that has more sauce than cheese? Where your cheese doesn’t meet the crust…well that’s what we got. On a thick crust. Now to be fair, the crust was good. Personally, I’d rather have more seasonings on the pizza, but that’s okay. Sauce is canned. So all in all, not a very good pizza. I would probably go with Costco over them. The salad was a Caesar which was romaine, parm and a ramekin of dressing. The small is definitely small. Last are the cannolis, which tasted frozen. All in all, not a horrible experience but one that leaves a lot to be desired. If I were them and wanted to keep the pizza on the lower level , then consider leveling up the game room…like Peter Piper or Cici. Otherwise if they want to compete with Dion’s, they’re going to have to step up their game. Again, no hard feels, just honest feedback.

Have been meaning to try this place for literally 15 years after it was recommended by a coworker..finally made it and it sooo hit the spot! Pizza was awesome by NM standards. We'll be back to keep trying new items!

I've gone to several pizza locations in Albuquerque. Pizza Castle is one my favorites. The pizza is delicious and the customer service is pleasant. Pizza Castle's pizza reminds me of New York style pizza (at least the pizza I purchased). The slices are large and foldable. I like a pizza that has hot melted cheese that can slide off the crust. The Wings here are also tasty. If BBQ brings memories to you of summer and sunshine then you'll want to try their wings and get ready for rays of delight. Be sure to pack your sunscreen and sunglasses! For those with a big appetite who are looking for a special treat - - - you can't go wrong with a Calzone! Currently they do not have dine-in service. Pizza Castle offers takeout. You can find pictures of the menu attached to my review. Call ahead and find out about family specials. This is a great place for lunch, dinner, or for quick bite! Due to the menu of great Italian flavors and good service, I am giving this location the highest rating possible. If you found this review helpful or informative, please like it. Ordered one time and will never order again. We used the online ordering service EatStreet to order three slices, garlic knots, and a salad. The estimated pick up time from EatStreet was 6:16 PM. I arrived a couple minutes after the estimated pick up time. When I arrived at the pick up window I was told it was almost ready and to just park at the Boost Mobile, which was fine since they were fairly busy. I figured it would be 5 minutes at most. I guess I was wrong. I had the pleasure of waiting another 40 minutes watching other vehicles drive through and subsequently receive their food. Because we are in a pandemic my wife ended up calling and talking to the manager. She was told our order was not supposed to be ready until 6:40 PM. After 6:40 rolled on by, my wife called again was told that my order had already been delivered to me, which was incorrect since I was still waiting in the parking lot. I eventually was beyond annoyed and went back through the pickup lane. I spoke with the manager whose mask was not covering her entire face. As an FYI to the employees of Pizza Castle, the mask is supposed to cover both your mouth and nose even when you are talking. The manager was beyond confrontational and I was told that my food was not supposed to be ready until 6:40 PM. I informed the manager that it was now almost 7:00 PM (20 minutes past their estimate, 45 minutes past the EatStreet estimate from my email confirmation) and I still had not received my food. I informed the individual at the pickup window that I will just go to Dion’s next time since they are closer and I get my food on time. When I arrived at home I noticed that I was short one slice and an order of garlic knots. My wife called to inform the manager that we were short items on our order. The manager said she will go look up the ticket and then hand the call over to another employee. Overall, Pizza Castle stole $10 and 1 hour of life that I cannot get back. I am unsure why it takes an hour to heat up three pre-made pizza slices, since Dion’s is substantially busier and gets them out in 15 minutes. Here are some other fine establishments I will take my money to next time I feel like pizza since my food generally comes out on time and with the correct number of items: Dion’s, Mario’s, Papa John’s, Domino’s, Slice Parlor, basically anyplace that is not...

Pizza Castle: A Hidden Gem in Albuquerque

As a long-time Albuquerque resident, I'm amazed I hadn't discovered Pizza Castle sooner. After trying it for the first time recently, we've already been back three more times - it's that good! Pizza Castle is conveniently located on Eubank Blvd, making it easily accessible from most parts of the city. But be aware that the building is easy to miss if you aren't looking for it.

The crust was cooked to perfection - crispy yet chewy, with just the right amount of char. They have unique and high-quality options that set them apart from other pizzerias. We tried sliced meatballs and salami, something that I wouldn't have considered to put on a pizza, it's a delicious surprise that's now my go-to order.

While pizza is their specialty, don't miss out on their garlic knots - they're amazing! The Caesar salad is also a great starter if you're looking for something lighter. It's surprisingly affordable for the quality. Personal pizzas start at $8, while a large specialty pizza will run you about $20-$25. It's great value considering the generous toppings and top-notch ingredients.

The restaurant has a cozy, family-friendly vibe with a mix of booth and table seating. I've tried most pizza places in Albuquerque, and while we have some good options, Pizza Castle stands out. The crust is better than Dion's, and the topping combinations are more unique than Slice Parlor or Farina.

If you're a pizza lover in Albuquerque, don't make the same mistake I did by not knowing about Pizza Castle. It's a must-try that might just become your new favorite! Whether you're looking for a casual family dinner or a quick slice for lunch, Pizza Castle delivers...

Oh baby! If you love a traditional Brooklyn slice or if you've never even HAD a traditional Brooklyn slice (and if you've lived here all your life the chances are very good you haven't), you need to hustle over to Pizza Castle immediately! So many companies bury their thin slice in toppings to hide a weak foundation. Not so with Pizza Castle. Their basic cheese slice is a perfect blend of sweet and tangy with just the right amount of cheese and a fresh bread crust that you will enjoy eating just as much as the rest of the slice. The Italian sausage was medium sliced and had a perfect blend of sweetness and spice that melded beautifully with the superb foundation upon which it was placed. One can easily tell that a fully loaded Pizza Castle pie is going to be a grand affair where each of the toppings stand out and avoid becoming a cluttered mess on your palette. Size matters. I ordered the lunch special which was two slices and a medium soda for $6.98. This was an absolute steal for the two monster slices I received. I'm not a small guy, and I ended up taking the second slice with me to munch on later. Pizza Castle is a winner. The pie is superb, the customer service is top-notch( you can tell that the owner takes pride in his craft and cares about his customers ), and the pricing is beyond fair for what you're getting. The next time you get that pizza itch, you truly owe it to yourself to stop by Pizza Castle and experience something genuine and authentic in a sea of...
