A friend and I walked in and said we wanted a full set. 1) The lady started on my nails without even asking me how long I wanted them. 2) she did one nail first, then asked whether or not I wanted solar or non-solar and I said non-solar. She then changed the powders right away (which means one of my nails is a completely different color of acrylic) and when I mentioned it to her she denied it. She continued on my fingers then ripped my cuticle and was very rough on my fingers. I had to pull away a couple of times because of how bad it hurt. 3) my friend and I got the EXACT same nail set (same color, same length, both non-solar) and they came out to different prices. Hers were $25 and mine were $33. The lady who did my nails did ONE nail solar and charged me the price of solar nails for the whole set even after I specifically said I wanted non-solar. She finished my manicure & there were 6 crooked nails. SIX. When I showed them to her saying they were crooked, she explained to me that my fingernails were crooked. (But they weren't crooked before I walked in there.) after that, I went and sat next to my friend as she was getting hers finished and she showed me hers and they were crooked, too. Plus, the woman who did hers was being very snarky and rushing her. I don't know about you, but spending nearly $30 on a manicure that's crooked, along with terrible service as it was being done is NOT worth it....
Read moreI went in for a pedicure and rebase. Pedicure was basic pedicure with gel which totaled $39. The staff member left me with 2 cuts on my toes, nails not evenly filed and she did not lotion my feet when we were done. My rebase was $30 also unevenly filed, 2 cuts on my fingers, and she didn’t have me wash my hands before the gel clear top coat so they are not smooth. One of the other staff members was scrolling/texting on his phone every chance he got while working with another client. I was also charged for a file kit and was told it was because of Covid, this was not told to me before hand and she said everyone needs to bring their file kits or they will be charged for one each time they come. I was never even originally asked if I brought a file kit and I was confused as I was in a month ago never charged a file kit and Covid has only gotten better since then. Also I was one of the first ones in the store that day there were water bottles left on the pedicure station from the clients the day before and nothing had been cleaned. I have come to this nail salon before and they have always been mediocre, a place I go in a crunch and they recently changed management. I had hoped it would get better but it hasn’t. I wouldn’t recommend this salon unless ur in a crunch and not really looking...
Read moreTerrible experience. I was here about 6 months ago and had a great time but about 2 weeks ago it was terrible. The seats were that gross cracked leather, the water for the pedicure was cold, not lukewarm, cold. I asked the girl for warmer water and she warmed it to lukewarm. There was another woman there who was also having a pedicure who was there before me, and in the time before she finished I had my eye brows, manicure and pedicure. It was very rushed. My girl was rude and acted like I was gross and she didn't want to touch me. There was no massage for my hands or feet, she just ran her hand along my calf once. She didn't even use those little flip flops so I had to walk around the dirty, cold shop floor barefoot. My polish on my nails started coming off that evening. My friend had a full set and her manicurist took another customer in the middle of her manicure, she also was so rough her hands were swollen and red. I will...
