Ordered a tall Decaf brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso at the drive thru and realized when they handed us the drink, it had at least 2 inches of room left on top. Of course, we drove back around and politely let them know about our issue with the drink and the lady with tattoos on her arm said we'll be charged for extra milk. We made sure to mention that we didn't want extra milk, just the standard amount of oatmilk for the drink because there was just too much room on top. The lady then told us that the drink normally comes like that and as a Starbucks barista myself, I knew that is not how the drink should be filled and for $5, it was unacceptable. It's our first time returning a drink back and it would have been fine if they gave just a shot sized cup with oatmilk filled half way so I can pour it in myself but they traded our cup for their remade drink and instead they gave us a grande and put too much milk and over mixed the drink. So I went inside and heard the man with a bigger build and brown curly hair yell something and I wasn't sure what he said but he was smiling when I looked over and I heard him mutter, "Ok then." The lady in a light brown plaid shirt who took our order glared at me while walking up to the other man and started laughing while I was just standing patiently in line and that's when I felt super uncomfortable. The nice tall lady with black hair at the register understood my concern with the drink and made sure they made it correctly and I left as soon as the drink was handed to me because of how unpleasant it was to stand there. It's very rare for our drinks to be made correctly here and we are usually excited when we see Drew working because he makes them so well. We never said anything rude and were very anxious to even voice our concern because it could upset someone for pointing out mistakes they made which is understandable. I'm very sad to share that the passive-aggressiveness from the two baristas when I walked in was very uncalled for and made me feel bad for even asking in the first place. I do apologize for any inconvenience and misunderstanding I must have made for them but I really felt like I needed to share my...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf I could give a negative star review, I would. I was (WAS) a regular and there were many times, where it was just me and no other customers in the store. I watched their professionalism evaporate and deplorable behavior became ever prevalent. They talk about their fellow coOwrkers, they petty fight amongst themselves. They talk about their clients/customer's. They are absolutely void in basic human compassion when it came to customers. Inconsistent in professionalism. They are a black eye on Starbucks and if I could sue them, and make then individually responsible for character depravation ref their speaking about their clients/customers... I would. I am so glad, that there are other locations near to me and I can go to almost any other location and be treated with the professional behavior that I would expect. Starbucks at San Mateo and Montgomery: They are the crown ship Of all the Starbucks. Jasmin and her team, are a compliment to their customers. They have integrity and they are compassionate and professional to each other, as well as to their clients. They stay consistent. I have been in Jas's location, when it has just been me. They work well together (her team) and I have never been heard using derogatory language about their customer... EVER! Again, if I could make Eubank & Candalaria Starbucks employee's accountable for their behavior in a legal...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFor the last two weeks I've been coming to this Starbucks, because it opens at 5 am and it's fairly convenient. I CAN'T GO THERE ANYMORE! The manager is a really nice guy, but half of the staff is so rude and makes me feel so unwelcomed, that I can't go there anymore. I talked to the manager about this, and he said he would talk to the staff, which it appears he did. The rude employees made an effort to be civil, but they couldn't continue to do so (saying good morning through gritted teeth). An example of how I was treated is I said Happy Thanksgiving to one of the employees and she grunted as a response. The straw that broke the camel's back is when one of the hateful employees grabbed my cup out of one of the nice employee's hand. I was using my gold card. She put coffee in it, making sure I ONLY got a SHORT refill. When I went to this Starbucks a couple of years ago, by 7 a.m. there were lots of people sitting inside. Now hardly anyone comes in to sit....
