i go here all the time and i have been since they opened never once had anything negative to say about the budtenders or the managers or even the return policy they added i went in today and me and budetenders talked while walking to the counter welcomes me back in as i am a frequent customer and go almost every monday so k proceed to tell him what i want i get two 2g dune carts but instead of a done we both got mixed up i ended up walking out with a 1 g live resin dune cart so i went back as it was a common mistake i proceeded to get help and go back for the cart i had asked for no problems no altercation just a simple mix up so when i went back the manager that i have never seen before even the budtender said she was a knew assistant manager comes and proceeded to say they couldnāt give me the 8 dollars or so that i went back in for so she said she couldnāt give me my money so i would have to get product so she offered me 3 pre rolls(the 2g cart is about 8 dollars less than a 1g live resin on med mondays if weāre wondering about the amount she owes to me) so as any other person iām not gonna make a big deal i thought i was gonna get the three prerolls and be about my day but not she proceeded to ring them in and say word for word ( the difference is 50 cents,do you got 50 cents for me in the most rude snarky tone honestly itās 50 cents i would have just given to her but the fact that the bystander sold me the wrong product i went in just to get a simple fix as their return policy clearly states but walked out with just three different items instead of my 8 dollars that i was forced to buy cause she said she canāt give me my money back and then proceeded to ask do you have 50 cents for me i just felt like it was very unprofessional for her and the way she handled it i love this dispensary like i said never had a problem since it been open i just donāt like that she forced me to buy something i didnāt want after i went for a return and lied about their return policy when i have definitely went in and got money back for a defective muha med cart that i purchased so i know they do cash refund i just felt she was very unprofessional and only wanted that extra money in the companyās pocket (oh and also the budtender that helped me after words in my return even looked at her weird and apologized to my after she came over and did that while he stood behind her so i have a feeling she was not...

Show me the best you got. I want some good tasting flower. The kid must of been new because he was just trying to sell me weed and wasn't listening to my requests. I requested top shelf he kept saying and pushing the $15 eighths on me, when I clearly was asking for better bud. Instead of asking me to come back and have another look at your place you choose to come back with a negative response and put downs as to know what I'm buying?? Of course I knew what I was buying,.I bought because I felt bad walking out not getting anything. The reason for my review is because I expected more from this place. But since you give a response like that and wouldn't roll out the red carpet for any of your customers is sad! I will continue to spread the word as to what a shitty store/management/products that Oasis has and is and how I treated in this review. Oasis isn't anything special, the top shelf is "seed junky" which you can get anywhere at any dispensary. My first visit was amazing! I was blown away at the excellent selection and great prices compared to Purlife. I was also highly impressed by the knowledgable and outstanding customer service. Unfortunately, my second visit was quite the opposite. The store was hot and humid as the air conditioning was not functioning. The person behind the counter took my license plate, asked if I had been there before, and swiped my driverās license before returning it to me. About 35 minutes later, several people who arrived after me were called before me. Despite the small waiting area, the person behind the counter, with his keen powers of observation, seemed unaware that I was still waiting. After 35 minutes, I approached the counter to inform them that I had not been called. The staff member checked and found that I was not in the system. He assured me I was next, but by then, I was already hot, uncomfortable, and quite frustrated. The person who eventually assisted me was extremely nice and professional. However, I informed her that I would not be able to leave a tip due to the poor service I had experienced from the person behind the counter. She sincerely apologized and explained that there was no excuse for the long wait time, as she strives to ensure customers are attended to within 10 minutes when she is checking people in. Upon leaving, I informed the person behind the counter that I did not tip due to the long wait, to which he responded indifferently. Despite the excellent selection and prices, the incredunly poor service has deterred me from returning to this location. This is unfortunate because I regularly purchase cannabis products. So I will be back to visiting the Purlife dispensary that is much closer to me because the extra drive time is not worth the lousy...
