I don't know how Mari is a manager. I've been going to this location for a very long time. Usually they are great. Tonight, the worst experience ever. I ordered 1 large pizza. I get an email that it's ready. The email stated to ask the front counter for your order because the Portal was not working. I stood there for 5 minutes and no one would come help. I finally got the attention of Mari. I asked her for my order and she asked me for the name on my order. I told her. She said it was not ready. I asked her why I got an email stating it was. Her response was I don't know and walked away. Another 2 minutes went by and I had to get her attention again and that's when I asked for a manager. She said she was the manager. I than asked her where my order was. She said it was in the oven. I was very unhappy at that point and I asked again why did I get an email if it wasn't ready. She said it was burnt and they had to redo it. I asked her why that wasn't told to me the first time. And her response was, I don't know. Wow.....How is she a manager? Very unprofessional and inexperienced. Seemed like none of the workers there are customer service oriented. And is was not busy... I will be contacting the...
Read moreThis Little Caesar's Pizza restaurant is awesome! Visited today (Wednesday 11/16/2022) after 1PM to pick up two (2) Hot-N-Ready pies. The young lady that took my order over the phone was professional, personable and very polite! Unfortunately, I didn't ask her name. The same young lady waited on me when I arrived to pick up my pizza pies. She had nice arm tattoos.
The pizzas were hot and delicious! Seems like THIS location doesn't have a bunch of pre-made pizza pies placed under heat lamps, waiting for customer orders. These pizzas were super fresh!
Won't hesitate to patronize this Little Caesar's location in the future. Staff is attentive, responsive and appreciative of its customers.
Not hard to recognize this business while driving in moderate traffic. Busy traffic on Montano Rd. can make it difficult to enter or exit the parking lot. Parking lot is a bit cramped. Holds about 40 or 50 parking spaces, maybe. This Little Caesar's restaurant is co-located with other drive-up-walk-in businesses.

Read moreI went in to this location the other day and walked in to what sounded like a Mexican concert. There was a girl sitting on the back counter singing at the top of her lungs. The girl that helped me looked back awkwardly at her and then took my order. The girl in the back seems unphased. I get a couple of pizzas and bread sticks and get out because even though I like the music it was a bit much. Well I get home and go to serve the kids. Talk about the nastiest driest or maybe just day old pizza and breadsticks. The kids were just wanting to eat so they dug in. It’s crazy this is the best they can do. You would think a manager would’ve been on site to help these young girls out. I know a lot of businesses are struggling to get and keep employees but this isn’t helping the...
