Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Albuquerque

If I could give this place no stars I would. Whoever the owner of this franchise is… you must not care or have lost the love of your own business. Me and my family went in with more than enough time before they close. The girl with red hair is the epitome of the American dream. My girlfriend went first when ordering and the girl with red hair started up with her attitude. Her first statement was do you want a bowl or what? That’s no way to treat someone who is spending money at your place. She was literally poring bean juice all over our rice. That was the first strike for me. My 1 year old got a quesadilla and she was so angry when I asked for more cheese. That was strike two. I then proceed to order my food and once again it’s all thrown together. We get down to where they ask for lettuce guac and sour cream. The red headed loser tells me there is not lettuce and guac. I said seriously. This is chipotle. She said they weren’t making anymore. So she folded my burrito and then walks to the back and gets the guac that was freshly made. Then comes back and says ooops. “We did make more. Do you want a side or what?” That was the last straw. I told my girlfriend let’s go. So we left all the food they had so horribly thrown together. Chipotle use to care. They were at one point of my favorite places to eat. We have to do better yall! 8/20/24 (5:20PM). Ordered my food online to pick up. Arrived to the store and saw it sitting on the shelf behind the counter. As I stood and waited quietly for someone to help me in an empty store. (Waited for at least 6 mins) I saw 4 young employees behind the counter (2 girls, 2 boys) I waited, waited, waited. The two girls were dancing and twerking around the food prepping counter, the one guy saw me walked by to the bathroom. The other guy was actually working prepping to go orders but didn’t say anything to me. I stepped behind the counter and reached for my bag of food and kindly asked “can I grab this”. The girl then replied very rudely “NO, actually you’re not allowed back here” (still not grabbing my food) I decided to grab my food anyway and stated “oh I’m sorry maybe you should pay attention me a paying customer” as I proceeded to leave she asked me to NEVER return to “her” store and said that I was a racist. Now I did flip her off but I did not yell or throw my food at the menu. I was kind to all of them until I was faced with extreme rudeness by entitled children. I was a burden to all of them. If you have cameras in this store please check them often because most likely you have multiple incidents like this and the young employees are not actually doing their JOB!!!! I wish I could give this place a zero star for service. If you can avoid this place please do. The girls that work here are rude and they're disrespectful. They didn't make something in my order and I asked them about it nicely and I got nothing but attitude in return. One of the responses was well what do you want me to do make another one. I said yes I paid for it could you please make that bowl. She then started making my bowl and was throwing everything into my bowl making a mess everywhere and I said I didn't ask for that and she goes well what do you want I was like I want my bowl to be made the way I asked. I will never get food from this place again the manager had called in so it was a different manager that was filling in who was very sweet. I don't know who runs this store but the little girls that work in this store need to change their attitude or they need to not work. I work in high intensity environments and I never treat my customers in such a way that it makes them upset. I never roll my eyes I never talk back I'm never rude nor disrespectful and that's exactly what I got from this location. The food was terrible by the time I got it it was not good. I would avoid this location, the location on Montgomery is amazing and always has good customer service and I regret not going...
