Pegasus Massage & Spa — Attraction in Albuquerque

My husband found this place online and after reading the reviews, we decided to give it a try. The women were very nice and greeted us right away. The room was nice and relaxing. Unfortunately, the massage was not. A minute after starting my massage, she left the room to take a phone call and was gone a few minutes. She eventually returned to continue my massage, and then left again without saying a word. I believe she had gone to the back to get some hot stones. She returned and continued my massage but never focused on the areas I asked her to. She focused mostly on the area above my tailbone even after I told her that it hurt. 95% of the time I was facedown. Barely any work face up (mostly head and face) and no foot work at all. Definitely disappointing. The area above my tailbone is now bruised and swollen and I have zero relief in my shoulders and upper back that I had asked her to focus on. I just went back for my second massage today and Jack did an amazing job. He was very kind warm and friendly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the massage. I feel like I have a new body. He made sure to apply just the right pressure and adjusted to what I needed for a lasting relaxation. I feel great and I will definitely be back. Thank you Jack!

This place is great! No frills or fancy waiting area but very clean and tidy. The staff are welcoming and very nice. The room I was in was very relaxing and they even drape the tables so it’s nice and dark when you’re face down. The massage was amazing and included assisted stretching and hot stones which most places charge extra for. The prices are surprisingly cheap compared to other places I’ve been and the massage was better than most of those. I’ve already made another appointment for next week and can’t wait to go back!
