We purchased tickets for the ice and lights this past Saturday. We live 2hrs away and was running late to the event. I tried calling the number on the website to see if it was still ok to show up and it was only an automated voice recording, did not let us speak to an actual person. When we got there, the front desk lady rudely refused to let us in nor help us out at all. She said we have to talk about rescheduling or a refund with the website we purchased the tickets on which i understand. My 6 year old had to go to the bathroom super bad after the 2hr drive and she refused to even let us do that. I emailed the website to see if i could get a refund or reschedule and nobody is contacting me back. Customer service...

It's $5 per person to enter Ice and Lights, and you can stay for as long as you want. Stay warm by the space heaters, fire, and in the igloos. For $12 more you get ice time and skate rental. That's less than Fairfax Ice Arena. The kids are even allowed to use skate assists for free, unlike the Reston Town Center Ice Arena where you have to rent them for a charge. This is a county-run event, set your expectations with that. Don't compare it to ICE at Gaylord, or Enchant at...
