Three years ago I ordered a bible cover and coasters. They turned out so good!!! I sent them an image that was not in their catalog and they were able to engrave it! It was perfect! I now needed another bible cover for my son and my mother. They still had the image from a few years back. I also sent another image for my mother's bible. I contacted them on Dec. 19th and finished our conversation on the 21st. They rushed the order and got it printed in two days to do their best to get it to us before Christmas. On the 22nd they called to let me know they were ready and I could make payment. Ordered an engraved silver plate as a gift and asked if it was possible to engrave Vietnamese letters. Julie was able to help me with my order and engrave the plate exactly as I requested for, even added the Vietnamese accents. Brent was also very professional and made sure the plate was shipped out on time and it arrived earlier than expected. I would definitely recommend them for any engraving needs.
