I'm not sure why there are bad reviews, unless we were just blessed to get a good salesperson. I had the best shopping experience. My wife and I went in to price a new mattress, not expecting to buy anything. We just wanted to look and compare to other places. Upon arriving we were greeted and asked what brought us in for the visit. We left him know we were just looking around. After discussing what we were looking for and the back issues that I have been having, he recommended a few options. I'm the person, that will try just about every bed in the store just to make sure its the one I like. So I did, but all the ones he recommended are the ones that I liked the most. He was very helpful in matching us with something that we could afford. Shanon made us feel like we had been friends for a long time and was able to establish that personal connection. We decided to not look at any other stores and purchase one here at Mattress Firm, mainly due to his service. The quality of the bed and the price were lined up with what we could afford. Especially thankful, that he was not a pushy salesperson and overall enjoyed the time spent in our search for our new mattress. I have nothing but good things to say about...

The experience at the store was nice. The young man who sold us our mattress was knowledgeable and patient with us. However, the delivery has not met with my satisfaction. Let me first say, I was not ready to buy a new bed because we are in the middle of renovations at our house. But my husband decided it was time to buy so we did. When we bought the bed, I specifically told the young man that we would not be ready for delivery right now. He said that wouldn't be a problem. But it has been. We receive calls every week (automated) about delivery on Tuesday. Skip to this week. I received a text yesterday that they would deliver today. Not given another option, I just didn't confirm. I thought this would cause a "human" to call. Nope. This morning I received a voicemail saying they would see us in three hours. My room is not ready. And, as you can tell, I am not in the mood to deal with this. My complaints aside, let me assure you that the purchase at the store was a nice experience. Wanted to take a second and say how much I appreciated all the help I received at Mattress Firm this past week. My husband has had some back pain due to an old mattress. He finally decided he was not going another night without a new mattress to sleep on. With very little time to shop around we tried the few stores that were open. I appreciated that the store is open until 8 so we didn’t have to rush through our selection process. Most other stores closed at 6. The gentleman that helped us was very knowledgeable and helpful. We liked the ability to return at no charge within 4mo if the mattress wasn’t working. So far I have no complaints. My husband is already noticing an incredible difference in his body and the bed is so comfortable I really don’t want to leave it. Every chance the kids have they are coming and laying on the bed because it’s so comfortable. We are so appreciative of all the support and kindness this store has shown.
