Starlight Donuts — Restaurant in Alexandria

Absolutely rude! I'm in the hospital pregnant and ask my husband to bring me some hot donuts. I haven't really had an appetite due to stress from the pregnancy. He decided to stop here. He went in to inquire on if the donuts were fresh and hot. The lady at the counter pointed at the donuts and stated, "do you want them or not". Shame on you for being such a horrible human being with NO customer service skills. Please don't think it's ok to open a restaurant and think that no one will have questions about what they're CHOOSING to purchase from you. Not everyone is attempting to be rude or ugly when inquiring on things. Treat people how you would want yourself and family to be treat! We will NEVER purchase anything else here and I pray that no one else does either. I feel horrible that he had to ensure such ignorance....

Great donuts, I normally go in and purchase one donut and have a good experience. But this morning I when in to get one donut. And it was a gentleman that took my order and he was NOT NICE at ALL. I don't know if the gentleman get annoyed because I gave him eighty-eight cents in change, or because I only purchase one donut! I told him change spends too. Lol Because you have to purchase $5.00 or more to use your debit card. This was my second time my experience was not a good one. I DON'T care how good your donuts TASTE. Customer will not come back if you treat them that way if you or buying ONE donut or THOUSANDS donuts your business such be STILL treated...

Today experience what's really not the best experience with Starlight Donuts which has always been a number one for me. Maybe due to the language barrier with male owner misunderstanding what I ordered but it really did not give me a good experience today but it does not change. I do love Starlight donuts and they have some of the best donuts here in town. Only for today that I rank my experience low because each and every time that I go the female owner always know what I like what I want and I have always had the best experience and I love going there I feel...
