I bought my tires and rims here 6 months ago and the car developed a shake in the rear tires in less than 3000 miles so I took it back up there 4 months later. 2 different employees pulled my rear tires and rebalance them. A week later I started getting a shimmy in the front end so I was able to get by there today and have them pull all 4 tires off and rebalance them. They brought one of my rear tires to me with the wire showing on one of them. My question was why didnt they show me the bad tire 2 months ago when they balanced the rear tires but nobody had an answer. One of the guys kept saying it's been 6 months but I told him I didnt care if it was 10 years, 3000 miles is 3000 miles are the tires dont wear like that sitting in the yard. He got mad obviously because I told them to replace the tire with the wire showing and instead they put my tires back on and pulled my car around. I asked for an explanation but they wouldn't give me one. The guy that told me it's been 6 months said he gets his vehicle aligned every 4 months. I wanted to call him a liar but I tried to keep some composure. These guys cost me a tire due to poor service. I’ve heard lots of good about this place and I work in a tire shop myself. We just don’t have the tools to fix bent wheels besides a torch, block of wood, and a prayer. I called a day before and asked if I could have my wheel fixed and guy told me bring it in the morning. So I wake up and get there pretty early take in mind I live a hour away. I walk up to front desk nobody has greeted me or even asked what I wanted. I walk up to the desk and tell the guy my wheel was bent and wanted to have it repaired cause it’s causing my truck to shake in the rear end and this guy tells me that I can’t have it done because they have a truck getting front windows tinted and then have another truck getting 3 wheels fixed. Ive heard this was the place to geta rim fixed. I am severely dissatisfied with the service i have receved. I had my sister drop the rim i needed fixed on a thursday the next monday after i had already discussed the problem with the rim on the previous friday and how much it would cost to fix it. I was told that there was nothing wrong with my rim. The people i talked to at the counter were not helpful seemed very ignorant and confused. While i was standing at the counter discussing the issue showing the guy the bend and the bubbles spewing from the part that meets the tire because of the bend. He had the audacity to look me in the eye and tell me tbat there was nothing wrong with my rim. If i could post pics i would you can see with the naked eye the bend in the rim.
