Just had my son's 3rd birthday party here !! Had a blast !! We had a birthday room it was a good size for a medium size party (7 kids 7 adults). They had all the paper ware! The host asked frequently if we needed anything and how things were going!! Good size pizza (we had 3 pizzas) kids age range from 3-10 all had a blast !! For everything 8 kids (one couldn't make it) pizza, unlimited drinks, room, bumper cars and Lazer tag $150!! Can't go wrong with that !! We will be back !! Also Monday are buy one get one free for soft play, bumper cars and Lazer tag !! Weekdays are the best times !!

I played this game and won 500 tickets. The machine put the tickets in the bucket and then took it out and threw them away like it did every other time but this time it didn't count the tickets. I said something to the front desk people and they gave me 15 credits back. I said what about my tickets and she said there's nothing they can do about it. I said i want to talk to a manager then the manager came over and said all I can do is give you credits back. It's not right. I won 500 tickets.

This was great for (almost) all ages. Our almost 2 year old wasn't able to do much in the soft play area. My 3 and 5 year old had an absolute blast. The security was great, checked everyone's wrist bands before leaving the soft play area. The gaming area had a lot of machines down, but this was the only time they're like that. Usually everything is up and running. Didn't try the laser tag but I hear that's a blast. 8 bucks a kid for soft play area is a great deal for an afternoon of fun.

I really hope the owners see this, because this is the first for me out of about 6 birthday parties I've had here and this was definitely going to be our last. We had a party Thursday 12/14. First I want to say our hostess was phenomenal in every way.

But I want to start with, when I walked in the door to check in I found out that I was only giving one room for 16 kids. The double room beside us had maybe four kids. (According to the general manager that I spoke with today (12/16) apparently because they had the option to pay more money they were able to get the bigger room.) I was always told they went off of how many children you were going to have for your room size, hell I would have paid to have all three rooms. To accommodate us They placed a table outside of our room which is where we had to keep the cake gifts, the drinks, etc then they gave us additional chairs to line against the window for additional seating. There was barely any room for the 16 children to sit in the two small tables with a cart of pizza and myself to serve them. So I literally paid for a private room just to have a spot for the kids to eat (which some of them did indeed eat outside of the room) that wasn't in the cafe. If I wanted that I would have had the party in the cafe area, and I would have paid out of pocket for everything else. When I received the bill I went up to pay it, I find out they charged me for additional children. I went home to count up the children including the siblings of other the children and realized they indeed charged me for additional children.

Halfway through our party one of my children hit their head on a metal bar, not only did my husband speak with somebody, My mother also spoke with somebody and got a bag of ice for his head, never once was a manager notified to file an incident report. Never once did anybody come ask if he was okay. But according to the general managers, not one staff member was notified or known about the incident even though they were. The next morning I found out my son had a concussion from hitting his head on this metal bar. I called in to notify them that "hey my son had his head on a metal bar in your play area. I just want to make sure nobody else does. Do you need to file an incident report?" I was told they usually do but they didn't need to, so that I couldn't use it against them, which wasn't my cause. While on the phone I brought it to their attention, I was charged for extra children they said okay they would refund me that money and additional two children for the inconvenience that it was for me to have most of my party outside the party room.

So why am I paying for a party room that the children can't even use because it's too small to fit 16 children in. All I got was, I'm sorry we should have moved you to the other side, wait no the cafe, or they would have made other arrangements but the manager wasn't even notified that I was only given one room. No, I should have been called or I should have been told that I was only going to get one room for my party because I would have canceled the party and not spent the hundreds of dollars that I have spent.

So if you have read this far, Thank you. My review is not here to bash anybody or bash the business because we come here a lot. I just honestly feel that my whole situation was not taken serious enough that we were just shoved to the side and just another dollar bill put in the drawer.

And a huge thank you to my hostess for being the most kind, caring and hard-working...

My girlfriend and I took our 4 year old boy here today on 2/8/2020, and had a blast. We had fun in the play area and the arcade section. The food was decent and was worth the money for pizza, ice cream, and a good few hours play time. When we went to cash in our tickets for prizes from the arcade, a young kid working there named Mike, who had terrible service, started to irritate us. We had 1,400 tickets we were trading in, and it seemed like he didnt have the paitience for our 4 year old boy to pick prizes, which isn't a quick process as he likes the little 15 ticket items. We had intentions on using 1,000 tickets on the chocolate covered pretzels but, Mike, had already suggested getting it to make things go by faster and said "it saves time and makes my job easier". He then proceeded to pick up items that our son didn't ask for and deducted the tickets from his winnings. Our son saw pins and wanted one and we went through them and they were all girly pins, with sayings such as "i heart boys". We said to Mike that there was no boy pins and he took the tray from us and argued and gave us attitude that they were "gender neutral" which they were not. We didnt like the way Mike made us feel rushed, and took it upon himself to choose a couple prizes and deduct them from our sons winnings. Mike was very unprofessional and very impatient. The three of us had a good time up until we dealt with Mike who ruined the great mood we were in. Great place to spend a few hours, but Mike is the reason for a 2 star review. I hope he sees this review and improves his service to the family and kids that go there frequently...

My kids love this place. The games are reasonably priced. Unlike some places where each game is 4 tokens and up. This place has games for the tots and for the bigger kids. They’ve got laser tag, bouncy house and bumper cars. They seem pretty clean for a kids amusement business. The restrooms weren’t piled up with trash and didn’t smell awful. Overall it seems they kept up cleaning. While we were there the employees could be seen walking around picking up tiny bits of trash even giving kids pointers on games. We have had one bday party there and it was the pizza and drinks deal and it was okay, nothing fancy served its purpose (it’s a kids party not a wedding). They have a ticket counter machine like other places which is great. The guy redeeming tickets for prizes was kind. He didn’t seem flustered with the large crowding of kids all over the glass case. He didn’t sigh, roll his eyes at the indecisive kids or tell kids to get back. He didn’t yell at them to keep their hands off the case or anything which I found pretty amazing the amount of patience he had lol. He gave a kid a break n let him take his prize 5 tickets short. So yeah, been here three times and each time has been a good time with the kids, no...
