Got a remote starter installed and it is great. I made an appointment came in and dropped my car off. Very easy process. Once I got the car back they showed me how to start it with the remote but there is a lot more it can do in the manual. You get the box it came in to take with you which is great. I also got my windows tinted at the same time. When you first get the car and see them you may see some water spots or bubbles in them which will go away after a week or two. The tint job was good but they did leave a little piece of the backing film on the glass and is now stuck under the tint. It's in the corner of the driver side door window at the bottom so its not in sight. Its not a big deal. But if it was in my area of sight or a bigger piece i would be annoyed. They do have a warranty on it so it it does happen they will fix it for you. Also to note I thought the remote starter was messing up for a week because the car wouldn't start with the remote or unlock the doors. Turns out it was just the remote battery and it was back to normal with a new battery I put in. The remote I have uses two of the flat batteries they are the thinner ones and it came in a pack as a pair. Check your remote before you buy the batteries those little batteries are expensive. Also don't tighten your key fob screw too tight it could crack the plastic just fyi. I have the Excalibur model AL1775-3DB remotes one 2-way remote and one 1-way remote with 3000ft range. They work great. It was pricey though for the tint and starter. I'm happy with the service and customer service they were very helpful and friendly...

I purchased a radio from this location about 6 to 7 months ago it was a pioneer avh 200bt i believe. i loved the radio but saturday it got stolen. i thought no problem i have a theft warranty i make a police report and by the grace of god they actually found my radio. i go to car tunes and the dash kit is broken the blutooth line is broken and i believe he said the cr7 or something is broken he then says; and his name is brian by the way and its not his fault its just the policies fault. i would have to pay 170 to get it reinstalled when the radio is on sale right now for 159.99. it wouldve been better if i just lied and said i never got my radio back got the $100 credit and bought a new one but oh wait the $100 credit doesnt work on sale items i bought my radio 6 months ago for 259.99 that is garbage. Not to mention when i bought the radio i was told theft warranty not $100 credit wish he made that clear to me because i only bought my radio from car tunes because of it. They answered all my questions and provided me with different options. But unfortunately when I went to pick up my car, the car was not ready but that was OK because I took it in late anyway. I didn't see the car out front and I was eager to see it. I went to to the shop area and asked one of the employees if I can see the car, he took me to see it but he was rude and he made sure that I knew it. He could have told me "sorry it is against shop policy" or that I had to ask the front office and I would have understood. Anyway I was glad he was not the one working on my car and at that time I decided to give it 3 stars but when I went back to the front office to pay and pick up my keys, again I noticed how friendly they were, I thought it won't be fair to these gentlemen and just took 1 star for that one bad apple. Oh yeah, the work they did on my car was great too. I would go back for more of their services and will recommend it to family and friends.
