Activate Games — Attraction in Alpharetta

We had a very concerning experience at Activate. My friend was injured while playing. She got a deep cut on her head that required stitches. What was more troubling than the accident itself was the staff’s response. Instead of quickly calling emergency services, they spent valuable time contacting their manager and discussing what to do. This delayed care in a situation where urgent medical attention was needed.

Additionally, the game rooms are extremely small and cramped, which makes injuries much more likely when playing in competitive mode. This raises serious safety concerns.

I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both the safety of their rooms and the emergency response training for staff. Until then, I would strongly advise caution for anyone planning...

So exited that this location is finally open! Staff was excellent - informative, kind, and helpful! Saw lots of smiling team members going out of their way to answer questions and ensure a good guest experience. Really like the phone holders in the rooms to film your experience easily! Recommend making a reservation but you can also walk in and purchase. We cannot wait to return!

We celebrated our son's birthday and Ethan was absolutely amazing at walking our guests through the rooms and how to play the games.
