TeleTraders — Local services in Alpharetta

TeleTraders has been great to work with. The first time I was a bit concerned as payment terms were "45 days after receipt and inspection". However, all worked and payment was sooner than stated. The second or third sale was a "wire transfer at time of pick up", so a trust was being built. The issues that have been experienced were on our end with not having items sorted and pre-staged properly or not having good loading equipment at the point of pickup, as each time has been at a different location on campus. Transportation companies have been a bit of a problem not communicating with us for scheduling a time, updating ETA's and contacting us for the on-campus specific directions, even though a cell number was provided. I would give this company a 1/2 star if i could. I had 10 printers i wanted to sell the Printers worth $600/unit easy on 3rd party market, and i shipped them off, they low balled me so bad then did not want to pay me for what i asked, then when asked for them to return my equipment they already sold it and expected me to take pennies on a dollar for the equipment. Please find a better company and do not get ripped off by these guys.

Added: STAY AWAY. Do not let the response fool you the person answering the emails sounds sympathetic but does not care and is a thief. I still never received any money for my equipment i sent them nor is he offering me any money despite the fact. Just FYI this was last year...
