Mellow Mushroom Alpharetta - Milton — Restaurant in Alpharetta

Was craving some pizza and wanted to try someplace new that we haven’t been before. So, we decided to give this place a try. Google said it opened at 11am but when we got there, a note on the door said they don’t open till 11:30am so we sat in our car for 30 min. When they opened it was us and 2 other couples. It’s a seat yourself and when we found a booth our waitress gave us menus. We ordered our food which came out within a responsible amount of time. The food tasted okay, nothing really special or mind blowing…. just pizza. Our server only checked on us once, which we waited a while for the check because she was playing on her phone in the back corner. Also, the guys making the pizza in the back were speaking really loud and sorta sounded like they were yelling at one another. Overall, the food was okay.. I wouldn’t say it was bad. The service could improve and they should tell their employees when customers are there to be professional. We will not make a trip just to eat here but if in the area, we...

After reading their reply from the manager of the store I decided to change my review to a lower review. First of all I wanted drinks sodas and carrier stuff should have been provided I was nice and giving it a four star with that type attitude they deserves two stars less. Listen to your customers please I will think again before I shop at mellow mushroom at that location.

It was raining and almost closing time today it went in the order took a while cuz it wasn't ready it was after closing the problem I had was the drinks was handed to me and paper cups had to carry to the car they did offered character to the car when it was raining I did not ask that did ask for a way to carry them and carrying towed or some way I could care to the thing did not have anything like that I would recommend a future for to go orders either be bottle drinks or in totes or carriers that it could be taken easily to carrying a car if you have to stop or something you can lose your drink and mess your car...

Usually love this place but had a really unfortunate experience the other day. Placed a takeout order and arrived 5 minutes early for pickup. I paid and then proceeded to wait for a bit. 25 minutes later, I finally asked someone to check on my order - I didn't think this would be necessary as I was standing in plain view and they saw me and knew I was waiting. When she checked, it turns out the pizza had been ready for awhile, and multiple people then questioned me skeptically as to whether I had already paid for it - including the lady who took my payment!

I don't mind paying $35 for a good pizza, but when it's accompanied by a long unnecessary wait, lukewarm temperature, and questioning of my integrity, it really soured what was supposed to be a celebratory night...
