My friends and I had one of the worst experiences dealing with the staff and management here. Food is below average here and the service is horrible. We reached there around 10 pm, and they made us wait for almost an hour without attending to us while we were waiting at the lobby, feeling hungry and helpless. Though we saw a good number of empty tables, no one informed us about the wait time when we entered, and when we requested them multiple times, they made us wait further without a proper response. They only seem to care about hosting corporate individuals but not the regular restaurant goers. The staff manager at the bar was quite unapologetic for the bad experience we had, and he tried to justify their act, which is tiring and disgusting. For the kind of disrespect that they have shown towards us, we had to walk out of the restaurant without eating at such late hour. I usually dont arrive at quick conclusions without assessing the situation well, but the staff's indifference and dont care attitude made me write this review. I decided not to further give my business to these folks who do not know how to treat their customers. Additionally, food is pretty average here ( I visited this restaurant before and we had gone there only because a friend of mine wanted to). There are quite a good number of Indian restaurants in and around Alpharetta area with far better food, variety and service. So, try to avoid this restaurant at all costs if you are looking for a decent Indian food and most importantly if you don't like being humiliated by this rude staff...
