Alvin Skatepark — Attraction in Alvin

First time here. Oct 18,2020. Kids love the skatepark and they had a blast. We went and explore under the train tracks bridge and I noticed human Feces in the stream so I told my kids to get back to the sidewalk, then we went to the bridge that goes over the stream and that's when we seen a homeless kid with red and white shoes (looks under the age of 18) sleeping under the bridge, we keep walking and to the left of us is a wooded area and then we seen a tent back in the trees. Thats when I said we had to leave. I'm not sure if this is a safe haven for homeless people but we will not...

Very nice public park. The skate park is within the larger public park. The skate park is small with a main run area consisting of a few vertical walls about 4 or 5 feet tall and opposite each other. No bowls to drop in to. You can go to the top of the walls and drop in and ride the sides of the walls.
