April 1, 2025 my husband and I with four more people in our party showed up at 6pm just to be turned away by a lady rudely saying they are closing early because they were slow all day. She refused to open a lane even for a quick bowl just for my husband in the remaining 30 minutes. Mind you they only opened at noon and close at 8, it was a Tuesday, and there was multiple people in there actively bowling. When we asked for further clarification on their hours she told us with an attitude that “our hours are subject to change at anytime” . She turned away not only our large party but three other groups of people looking to bowl. I don’t understand why you would close early when all these people getting off work and school come to bowl for it being “too slow”. Which it couldn’t have been slow because there was a good 5 lines being bowled on as she spoke. All in all it felt ridiculous to turn down all your business you were waiting for “all day”. You are losing money and tarnishing your reputation. It was bad business and we won’t return any time soon because we cannot rely on even their posted hours or to be welcomed with any form of good...

Today I decided to take the kids out to bowl. Everything was fine until we decided to make a food order. I asked how much were the fries after giving a price I ordered 4. The lady behind the counter(black lady) combined the fries into 2 baskets instead of 4. Never told me anything. When I asked for my other 2 fries she stated she combined them. 2 of the kids had already ate them 1 of my kids didn't get anything. When I requested my money back the owner refused and said he would only fix me more fries not retutn my money. Terrible customer service the one star is cause the kids did enjoy bowling That was our first time we will not return just because of one rude bad apple the lady at the concession stand. Terrible experience, Lady working behind counter was extremely rude. I tried setting up a party in February for my son in March. I went through the online party process twice. Both times I was emailed and told someone would contact me. After no one contacted me I called the ally 3 time to be told she was to busy to take my information down. call tomorrow. She was rude. We just decided to come in on Sunday with our group and skip the party package all together. There was 20 of us. I just paid for the lane and shoes. She over charged me and refused to let us bowl more then an hour. Our lanes kept jamming and once again where met with nothing but attitude from the lady working. It's extremely unfortunate.
