Food is good we usually enjoy it for the most part but unfortunately will likely no longer be dining here.. at least not for a while. I took my son (6months) and husband for lunch and there was a miscommunication about onion rings that we asked to be taken off the check, the”owner” I was told which makes the situation worse, stormed to our table and said “ so you want to take onion rings off your check that you already ate? OK yeah no we can’t do that! “ in the most high pitch fake voice. She continued to say more aggressive things of that nature. We were outside enjoying the weather so I walked inside to meet her for my card and I begin to let her know that I wouldn’t mind paying for them. There was no issues on our side. We enjoyed our food and our server, but I did let her know that she kind of started to ruin the experience for us with that attitude. she said she had nothing to say to me in her high-pitched voice and a few other things that were just not how you expect a professional to behave. I’m all about supporting good restaurants and taking my family to dine which we do often there. unfortunately that experience was ruined. I hadn’t seen my husband in two months due to work. That was our first lunch out since he’s been home. It was actually heartbreaking and she had no remorse, I much would’ve rather pay for the onion rings then had to have that experience. I hope she sees this if she really is the owner because what I have to say is, you never know what people are going through at home when they come to your restaurant to dine and enjoy themselves that’s all they are there for. please do not let three dollars ruin their experience I’m sure many people would agree that they would rather pay the three dollars next time instead of be Spoken to in such a passive aggressive manner. And for you to assume We ate them and talked to us like that when we did not eat them is crazy. We ate 2 off the top that would’ve already been on our burger that we ordered. She then snatched them when i showed her we didn’t eat them and told her she could have them and told us “oh ok im throwing them away!”I didn’t understand why she was still mad. It was a mess up on their part Because we asked for them on the side. And just so you know personally, I have been dealing with sad things at home. that goes to show you treat your guest good because likely they will come back when they have good experiences. and to be honest I had never had a bad experience before here. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. If you’re having a bad day, it’s probably safe to leave the facility and come back when you feel better. If you were just an employee I’d probably be back but being the owner makes me not want to support you any more. I hope you never get your moments with your baby and spouse spoiled like you did to us....
Read moreI have been a loyal customer for many years now, but as of today, that is no longer the case. I decided to pop in for lunch by myself today for a quick bite to eat. My waitress was very nice and attentive, and my order got out quickly. After eating, I quickly left and headed up the road to go pick up an order from a local store. At that time, I noticed that the waitress ( I'm assuming) was trying to put in her tip, however my bank kept denying it, because my card was frozen ( I have a secure lock on my phone that keeps all my debit cards on it so that I can see purchases and any other time my cards are used. This is for safety reasons against hackers). After seeing that they tried to run it 3 times, I decided to stop back in and let the waitress know so that she could get her tip. Upon arriving, I stood at the bar about a minute or 2. After no one addressed me, I walked down to the other end of the bar closer to the kitchen area. Stacey approached me and asked if I needed anything, to which I simply told her that I needed to speak with the waitress in the hat that was standing in the kitchen. I told her that I needed to speak with her regarding my tab. After about the 5th time of me asking for the waitress and Stacey saying "what do you need "that's when she FINALLY told me that she was the owner and that she could help. I tried to explain to her about the tip, to which she went to the computer and pulled up the credit card receipt. Stacey stated that they did try the card 3 times but finally tried the tip for $9.51 and that it finally went through. I tried to explain that the waitresses tip was supposed to be $10.51 and that the "$9.51" tip did not go through on my end. She was trying to short change the waitress out of an extra dollar that I had given her. After all said and done, the waitress finally got her correct tip. However, during that whole conversation, Stacey was EXTREMLEY rude. She kept interrupting me MULTIPLE times, didn't want to listen when I told her about the correct tip, and didn't want to listen when I told her to please let me turn my card on first so that the transaction goes through this time. After all said and done, I asked her "I am a customer. Are you seriously going to keep interrupting me and being rude?" to which she then gave me a "go to hell' look and told me to leave. No apology or anything from her. I was more than happy to leave. I turned to the waitress and apologized and told her that I just wanted to make sure that she got her tip. The food and waitresses are great however, stay away from this place if you don't want to come across a rude owner who doesn't want to listen to their own customers, or make sure that their wait staff is taken care of. And seeing some other reviews on here and also on Facebook tells me I'm not the only one who has had...

Really bad experience. He hates veterans. Everything was ok at first. However we all ordered sodas, and they came out flavorless. When we asked to switch they just said "oh the soda machines aren't working well so they are all like that" Even the "owner said ya it's broken we been trying to fix it." Why not say hey our soda machine ain't working save some time and money.
We order 3 apps everything was fine. Still waited on plates and drinks. Oh they forgot my daughter I had to go inside and get her drink.
All of our entrees came out. I order the Jammin Wagu Burger (medium rare as the menu says). I cut it in half and it came out rare and "blue". Myself and wife and brother in law touched it. It was falling apart how blue it was. Like when meat is fresh and cold exactly how it was. I told the server this was still cold. She took it back. 3 mins later she came back and said "This happens all the time and the cooks said you should of ordered it medium haha" I took off the unmelted cheese and it was cut exactly the same place with old cheese in the middle where I cut and still had the old mayo and ketchup. THEY TOOK MY SAME BURGER I TOUCHED AND PUT CONDIMENTS ON AND PUT IT BACK ON THE GRILL. I got up went inside and asked for a manager at the bar she said he's back there go look. I went to the little door of the kitchen and said this is very unprofessional, unsanitary and nasty that you allowed your cooks to re cook this hamburger with all the other customers food on the flat top.
He told me to get out of his restaurant. I replied ok give me the check.
He came out while I was paying the server. Said get out. Learn how to act and get out. I'm the owner.
Silly. You have a bad night own up to it. Don't get mad because you violated numerous health code violations. Silly me I took pics and videos. I'll make sure someone sees these that care because apparently you "the owner doesn't care" hopefully mommy and daddy sees this.
Funny thing is i cut my burger the first one. Because it wasn't cut. But you keep making excuses for your poor attitude...
