Excellent service provided by Rashad at U.S. Mail & Cell. My phone screen was cracked & needed replacement. Rashad was able to replace my screen. He really worked with me to schedule the replacement with as little downtime for me, so I really appreciated that! He fixed it on his day off!! His dedication & devotion to his job is very admirable & hard to find these days. Thank you so much! I took it somewhere else 1st, who said that they couldn't fix it due to prior moisture damage (unbeknown to me??) The other place basically wanted me to replace the phone because they were an authorized dealer of Samsung. So you can't trust everyone, but you can definitely trust Raashad! I will be bringing all my business to him from now on....

Ok. So Rashad just told me it costs around $100.00 and 7 to 10 business days to unlock my phone so I can switch from TMobil to ATT. Lacked the great customer service I read so much about. An older man sitting across from Rashad kept staring at me. Weird, like a scene from deliverance or something. I felt like he didn't really want to assist. I will wait until I get back to Pearland. Must be something in the water, I'm not sure. I guess some of these 5 ⭐ reviews are wrong. Doesn't take minutes for an unlock to switch service providers. I want Att, not some off brand provider lower than tmobil. I'm over it. Wasted my gas and time...

Terrible customer service,Arlie is rude & disrespectfull, she says the don't waruntee there accesories, 3 wks ago I bought phone cord 21pin cord for $20.00, talk about mark up,Amazon 12.00 w/frieght. I called Rashad the owner at Missouri City,location he said he was busy & would call me back. I'm still waiting, I guess repeat customers are not important part of there business. I would strongly not recommend this business for your cell...
