Kind House Ukraine Bakery — Attraction in Amarillo

It isn't often that I am at a loss of words to describe a business but I find myself searching for the words. If all the world operated like the Kind House Bakery....what a wonderful world we would have.

The goods are amazing....best bread I have ever ate and I thought the bakeries in Europe could not be beat. The cakes are not just cakes but works of art.

But it isn't even the qualities of the goods, it is the way this wonderful bakery is ran. All the proceeds go to the people of the Ukraine. Heating oil and food prices are very expensive and many are doing without basic necessities. You would think the prices would be high....but they operate solely on donations, you pay what you can and put it in a jar. When I asked the lady I spoke with about the business....she stated" we have been blessed and we want to help others".

The bakery is operated out of a home in a residential neighborhood so don't think you are lost like I did. This is a business that everyone who cares about their fellow man needs to get behind! Also....best...

I was shocked at the quality of the croissants buns and bread. It was very poor. I bought one croissant one cardamom bun and one loaf of Japanese milk bread. It was highly priced $22. I got to my car and noticed that the date on the bread was 11/21 And today is 12/04. So I called and asked about it and found out that it has been frozen.
