Brunnier Art Museum — Attraction in Ames

Lovely little museum right here on campus. I visited the temporary exhibition ‘Future Unfolding’, which displayed various images depicting topography of polar regions, which tragically are disappearing at an alarming rate. Hopefully, images such as these inspire people to protect and preserve what’s left of the polar ice caps.

Loved my visit, combining great works throughout their collection in a wonderful environment for no admission fee. Josh Simpson's "Imaginative Journeys in Space and Sea" was truly amazing, and the Will Wilson photography exhibit was memorable. I enjoyed other elements of the Brunnier also, particularly Yoshida's "Sacred Bridge" and "Koitsu's "Lake Yamanaka." Plentiful parking lot. Speaker...
