Went here two days ago… I would have given this place 5 stars… but it’s only 5 stars during the day. I waited a couple days to leave a review so I could make it as objective as possible. I went here in the evening and EVERYTHING was cross contaminated. Want cheese? - they have cheese with 10 other things that have fallen into it. They also slap on ingredients without a care in the world (also why so many things are cross contaminated… they sprinkle whatever is in their hand into every container on the way to your pizza). The floor was also disgusting. I have never seen a floor/work area so dirty in a restaurant. It looked like they were making a pizza on it. My pizza was also so burnt the guy offered to cut the burnt crust off the outside rim but didn’t offer to remake it (it was pretty BLACK at the bottom and edges - more than usual - every bite tasted like charcoal).
I enjoy it here most of the time, but two days ago was just gross if I’m being honest. It was one of those situations where you look around and think “should I even risk eating here” as the flies danced around the spilled ingredients. A lot of employees were also just standing around despite the place looking like it exploded. I almost wanted to grab a broom and sweep it myself. If you have a dietary restriction I would not recommend as they don’t do a good job of preventing cross contamination. I know this isn’t “gourmet” food, but the service I was paying for was lacking. Will edit the review in the future if I notice things change. I also get that rushes of customers can happen - but it was just gross on this particular occasion. I would still recommend giving this location a try, though. They do make good pizza most times. The only reason I didn’t give 1 star is because I know it...
Read moreThis place is horrible. I walked in thinking this was a Little Caesars, but I was disappointed to learn that this was in fact Blaze Pizza. My pizza was black on the bottom, which showed that they burned it. A good pizza should be white and soft. When I went up to the kitchen to demand a refund, the person there told me I was wrong. Furious, I walked back to the table to see that my 16 year old daughter burned her mouth on the pizza. I would not let my precious little big boned baby get hurt like that, so I went up and threatened to sue. I will be getting a lawyer and I hope this establishment ceases to exist in the future. I will most certainly never come again. I highly recommend Little Caesars, where they will not mess up your order and will serve gourmet pizza with quality service that Blaze Pizza cannot compete with. The lemonade was also disgusting.
My ex husband also loves Blaze Pizza, so the devil must be involved in making my experience miserable. I hope St Johns next door will crucify anyone who dares to eat from this...
Read moreThey burn the pizza EVERY TIME I go there. I always have them remake it. This time I had shoulder surgery and couldn't drive. My friend picked up the pizza for me and told them to make sure the pizza isn't burnt. They told him if they use fresh dough it won't burn. Long story short. They burned it. I called back to see if they could fix it. They wouldn't give me a credit for the burnt pizza. They refused to give me a refund. They said the only way to fix it is if I drive there. I told them I just had shoulder surgery and that's why my friend picked up the pizza so coming back isn't an option. They said they can't do anything for me. Absolutely abysmal customer service and quality of the food. It tasted like burnt garbage. Called back and the manager said he has all my personal information and if I call again (I called twice. First call was 30 seconds long and he hung up on me) second call he threatened to show up to my house and harm me. Managers...
