A good stop off to take the kids, have a quick workout, picnic or lawn sports! Imperial Park is very nicely landscaped and uncrowded park near the far east end of Anaheim and Imperial Highway. The famous namesake route passes thru Los Angeles to and from the west end of Imperial Highway at the ocean! While the name is well known, the park may be overlooked, both physically and figuratively, as there’s residences, schools and busy roads in the surrounding area, obscured by hedges, walls and hillsides. There’s paved pathways good for a quick stroll with access to a view-spot from the top of the park! Yorba Linda can be seen to the north, as well as a portion of the Imperial Highway overpass at the 91. The large volume of traffic along the Imperial Highway side seems oblivious to the parking lot, where I’ve almost always found an available space, if not for the neighboring school drops and pickups of students. I’m more apt to see park users from the local neighborhoods, walking, biking and skating in. Additional entrances and parking are available alongside S Scout Trail, off of Nohl Ranch Road. The park would make an ideal rest spot for commuters, tho lacks public restrooms. In any event, park goers may have to use the facilities of the nearby grocery stores or the Canyon Hills Library. Hiking the paved pathways can be ok for a very short walk. There’s additional trails are below the hill, with obscure corridor pathways, accessible from S Scout Trail by E Camino Pinzon.

This park is awesome, good view, plenty of grass area for sports, benches and BBQ's grills, and great playground for the kids. The only bummer is that there isn't a restroom.

Fun updated park for the kids with pretty mountain views. Only complaint is wood chips. But fun new equipment.

Great little park for our kids to play. We live very close by and this is a great space to have our kids play outside. The park is very well kept, clean, and all looks in order. You will find other parents with their kids their, but the play area is usually not crowded, so our kids love it as they have the playground...

This is a great local park across from a library. It is a very well taken care of park and has a huge grass area along with a nice playground that is rather large. It has lots of things to keep those kiddos going and maybe drain...
