I found them on TikTok, did my research and decided to travel to their shop to find my dream engagement ring. Mind you, I live in the Bay Area and although having a local jeweler has its benefits… the value from Ramzy and the team makes it all worth it!

Booked my appointment and they even accommodated me coming an hour early on the weekend!! They are very busy, so sometimes I had to follow-up more throughout the whole process… but all in all, they always responded, kept their word and followed through!

This was my first time buying a lab-grown diamond, even though I’ve been in the diamond industry for 30 years purchasing natural stones.

Ramzy’s professionalism and knowledge immediately put me at ease. He answered every question thoroughly and even sent me the diamond certificate without me asking, which speaks volumes about his transparency. He explained that this would be a custom design taking 2–3 weeks, and he kept me updated every step of the way.
