Not only were her tips and tricks for card making easy to follow, but her products were an amazing quality! I began visiting the local TE studio for weekly make & take projects, and it became the highlight of my week! Genuinely helpful and caring staff- everyone is amazing! Such a wonderful variety of products and new ones being developed all the time! Speedy shipping for the times my schedule doesn’t allow for a visit! Can’t say enough good things about Taylor and this wonderful company!! I have met her personally at a show and she is amazingly sweet and genuine!! Her products are top notch in both quality and content!! She has several first to industry items that she has built and added to. On top of the incredible product line, their customer service is second to none!! I had a small issue with a recent purchase and sent an email today (Saturday) in the middle of their grand opening and had a response within the hour. Issue resolved in under two hours from my email.
