Floor Depot Plus — Attraction in Anniston

Hi I am the lady that was ripped off. The response that the person left after my son made. Was not right. Only thing he got wrong was guys name and it is JeffI came in first time before I bought carpet ask him if they did blinding on carpet. I told him it was for a fifth wheel. I bought a 12by 18 foot piece. Telling the salesman Jeff I had two more pieces to bring so they would know what was needed. I only ask for the blinding to sewn on front. They cut the back out. Both pieces of carpet for side outs are both too short. Why couldn’t he measure right. Very obvious. It was cut out of 12/14 piece of carpet. When I called Monday after I picked up carpet because they were already closed Saturday. Ask for Jeff he was off talked to salesman Steve and told him I was 4 Ft short. He said I payed for. 12/32 of carpet. He said he had to talk to store manager and would call me back. I waited over two hours know call. I called back and was told by Steve. Store manager said Jeff needed to deal with it. I waited for the call Tuesday know call. I called and ask for Jeff. Spoke to Jeff and told him. The leftover piece of carpet from cutting the slide out pieces was not long enough. 4 foot short. I was told by Jeff it was cut from 12/18 foot piece. That guy started raising his voice telling me it was all done as my measurements which is a lie. I paid for 384 square feet. Whe I went to pick up the 4 feet that guy Jeff was on loading dock. He totally ignored me Where was the rest of carpet I paid for here r the pictures. I was totally ripped off. As u can see First picture leftover piece u can tell where it was cut. It’s not a 12/18 foot piece Next pic of slideout piece both pieces r very short and they had the old carpet If they couldn’t do the slideout pieces should have been honest instead lying I’m still waiting on store manager to call me they need to refund...

Buyer's Remorse and Beware. We spent$2690.00 on new carpet from this company, we paid in full before the installation. After the installation I went upstairs to inspect the job and noticed all of my baseboards were missing. I checked around the house and they were nowhere to be found. Then I walked the upstairs to see my new carpet and I had dirty fingerprints all over my freshly painted walls. I had no strips in the doorways or hallways. Then I noticed they had damage my staircase bottom with a hammer and there was a 2inch hole around the upstairs. I called them they sent someone over to fix the issues, then someone pulled up to convers with the worker, then they came into my home, I asked if they worked for the company he said NO, I informed him that he wasn't welcome. Then I noticed that when walking on the carpet barefoot something was sticking my feet in every entrance I called them, they assured me someone would get back with me, no one did, so I called them they said they would be out on Saturday, no one came or called!!!! All I wanted was new carpet 😭 not damage to a hundred year old home, not unprofessional staff, not to feel like I've been robbed! But apparently with this company they charge you thousands of dollars 😡 and deliver poor service and products. Spend your money...
