I’ve been in constant contact with Roger who has been saying he needs some parts for it I told him let me know what it needs and I’ll get for nearly 4 weeks, he told me it needed a throttle body, and an EGR valve then continued to say it needs one more thing he would send me a picture for a week I stopped in every day sometimes twice a day to find out what part he needed . Then today he said just come and pick up the vehicle and take it somewhere else stating he’s been waiting for a month for these parts. Since may 14th I’ve been asking him when he starting to work on the truck he kept saying next week or tomorrow. Came on a Saturday to have a set of brand new tires mounted. Kenda klevers 1400$+ of tires. The employees mounted the tires and did not tell me that the front tires were pressed against the upper control arms and let me leave. The next morning I have a blow out with not even 50 miles on them. Take them off and the problem is obvious. They just threw the tires on and torqued them down and didn’t check and if they did they did not make me aware of the problem or else I would not have driven it. Next day 705$ worth of tires with a ring gouged all around the inside are completely ruined and they say it’s not their problem because I didn’t ask for extra work.
