I have been waiting for them to service my air for almost 2 months now. I have already paid them $3600 for the job. Finally someone came out on the day before the Fourth and informed us that the last technician that came out did not do a thorough inspection! The part that was bad he didn’t even look at. But yet he gave us a diagnosis of what was wrong with a part that didn’t even need the attention! But we were told that we needed to get this part that cost $3600. So needless to say our air is still out to this day. I’m very disappointed in their service and out of money that we didn’t have. I could have taken that money to someone else and had my air fixed.
