There is not much to see here but yes, as the saying goes, "It does what it says on the tin." This is indeed the World's Largest Office Chair.

The chair was assembled in 1981 by the adjacent furniture showroom. Taking 10 tons of steel, 15 tons of cement and initially including a spiral staircase, it was officially certified by the Guinness World Records people in 1982.
