Delta Dispensary — Attraction in Antioch

I come here ALL the time. I love the deals and I love the specials. I bring people from out of town here all the time.. and I have never had service like I did today. Again, had someone from out of state with me this time. When we approached the counter the gentleman did not greet us, he more like stared in my face (unusual experience for me , I’m always greeted and offered products), when I stated that I was looking for the reserve , I was met with whatever is out is what we got. There was no offer to look it up in the system at all. I told him that it was out there he kept saying he did not have it. So we found it in the case and the other representative took it out for us. When we got back to the counter, he didn’t say anything, my boyfriend hits his nicotine vape in the store, and he proceeds to say you can not smoke on this property. He apologizes and says no it’s Nicotine vape (thinking it was okay because it was not an infused vape), and he responds and says it don’t matter I said you can not vape on the property. We both apologized and said okay, but you don’t have to be talking to people like your their parents and staring people down in the manner that you did. Once again just staring at us. If you do not want to be professional and courteous don’t come to work. If you don’t want to be helpful then don’t come to work. If you don’t want to be bothered in the morning then don’t come to work. When we left , we spoke to security about it as I requested to speak to the manager and of course it was him. Another customer, overheard us talking , came back and said that he’s always in a mood, and always like that. He said that there has been a rumor mill that he is very conservative so a lot of people stopped coming like they used to…. Idk if that’s true , but maybe this review will reach the owner. Again never had this experience EVER, but that’s okay, One Plant is down the street for a reason… I’m done here....

Menu consistently decent. Plenty of lows mids tops and connoisseur level medicine to fit everyone’s price point. Pretty sure the lowest taxed in the area. I’ve been coming here since they opened. Usually good vibes. My only complaint is the cashless atm situation. As someone who visits almost daily there’s only been a handful of times where I got my debit fees associated with using the cashless atm situation returned at the end of purchases. But I can definitely count at least 50 times that I never got those fees back because some budtenders actually do not want to follow protocol. That’s 300 dollars worth of fees that you guys have taken from me. Thieves and good business do not go hand in hand. Just think if they do 100 customers like this per day they are stealing 6 dollars from 100 customers a day. End of the month you’ve racked up 18,000 dollars of people’s fees that you promise to return. But don’t. One plant doesn’t steal from you and doesn’t saturate the displays with their own brand that is the same price as well known brands but doesn’t touch the quality of the brands in the same price tier. Point system horrible at delta. Spend 500 dollars get 5 dollars off. But on the other hand they have happy hour and other promotions. I’ll def make this last on the list when I’m wanting meds since I was stolen from yet again...

Went for a returned/exhanged that i bought the most potent “delighted all in one carts” i just said the carts taste different like burnt to the budtender. Which i was not aware that you can’t exchange/returned carts that was not defected. And she went to the back and called up the manager which is so friendly and understanding. BLACKMANAGER morning shifts awesome! And the black young lady was helpful at the same time! I went in and got the hyten which is 25% and got me my cash$$$ back in return with the hyten carts. I paid with my credit card first transaction me buying delighted and thought that i have more options. I was kind of upset with the CARD transactions because of taxes and xtra fees but i was content with how it ended with DELTA staffs and gave me cash surprisingly! It really depends on how you respond to the person because they’re always busy and tired like most of US. Definitely a 5 star dispensary! I go here maybe once a week sometimes and i love being here hangout n stuffs. I wish they have a big room that you can chill & wait while bay area traffic goes by lol Be nice, act with manners.
