I would NEVER recommend T-mobile to anyone. This was the WORST service I've ever experienced. The staff is not knowledgeable or helpful at all. They also have to make a call to one of their over seas offices in either India or the Philippines in order to attempt to solve any issues you may be having which in my experience was not successful EVER. They tell you what you want to hear and then don't follow through. They absolutely won't send emails to confirm what they promised in writing. The language barrier makes it extremely difficult to accomplish anything. There is absolutely no authority in store. From the very beginning, there were problems due to lack of knowledge within the staff. It took 2 months to sever the connection with them completely. Even though we disconnected service, they continued to charge us over 100.00 a month for nothing. We were literally with another carrier. Of course, we called to try to get a refund. They said the refund would be applied but instead kept charging on auto pay. I had to completely get a new bank card to stop them. Basically, all they know how to do is sell. If i went in depth about everything they put me through, it would be a novel. All i can say is save your time and sanity and go with one of the many...

I decide to go in so that I could trade in my phone, but what I need up leaving with was much more than I expected. the manager Maria Enriquez not only was super helpful , but also really friendly and really patient. she not only helped my sign up for the new promotions that they had , but also helped me switch my account from the pre paid account I had. not only that she was really helpful when it came to transferring my account and phone number. she honestly knew more about what she was doing than tech support seeing that they were not help at all. she staid positive and helped me through the entire process this place honestly is starting to shape up nicely and with good management and crew members this locations with be one of the better stores in case you need any assistants when it comes to buying phones, watches , or accessories. 10/10...
Read moreThe experience at a T-Mobile corporate store is so much better than Xfinity. I went to the century store and was helped by Paola. She ended her meeting/zoom call to help me. I had two modems to return and one active modem and the system was having a hard time with it, but she politely, kindly, humorously, and professionally figured it all out for me. I was in a time crunch so I actually left the store and she said she would call me. I wasn't quite sure if that was going to happen or not. 15 minutes later she called me and had figured out the issue and had returned my modem successfully. In a time where customer service is getting worse and worse and worse, it's refreshing to find someone like this who is so good and so nice and does her job so well.
