Furniture Clearance Outlet — Attraction in Antioch

I am currently in dispute with my credit card company regarding a defective recliner purchased at this establishment. I was just advised of their response, which is full of false statements and seems pure fabrication. The recliner was replaced after about 7 months due to a seam that was coming apart on the underside of the foot rest. Just a few weeks after receiving a replacement unit, it began showing signs of the material separating on the seat portion of the recliner. Two separate problems, yet they stated to my credit card company that I reported the same exact problem twice and would not replace due to customer wear and tear. I'm not sure how much wear and tear they think a few weeks could cause, but a couch should certainly last longer than a few weeks. I am not including photos here because they made a false statement that they had reviewed photos from the first incident, which they actually never requested and I don't want them to be able to get them from here. I will include the photos from the second unit that shows the material separating on the lower seat portion. The remote is included to show the size of the defect. Omg so I went in for a couch I found one I put 500. & something then he tells me u can apply with acima out of salt lake pay it off in 3 months it’s interest free ok perfect I keep making a payment of 238.00 every Friday to pay this couch off 3 rd payment I called this morning asking why u are charging me 260.00 because it’s a rental tax never did these guys tell me anything about it just pay off in 90 days .
