The owner Cara has the WORST customer service, and is EXTREMELY unprofessional! My son had order a wristlet for his prom and when I went to pick it up, there were a couple baby flowers on it and one tiny piece of blue ribbon! She went on and on telling me how this was beautiful. She clearly felt insulted by me simply stating that I felt my son may not like it. Keep in mind, she had me prepay for it and even though she was @15$ more than my local florist we still went ahead with the order because my son LOVED the color of her ribbon. When I asked her for a refund, she said NO! Keep in mind there is NOTHING stated anywhere that you can not get a refund. She was yelling and throwing a tantrum in the back and told me to take my flowers and leave or she would call the police. Clearly I felt I was entitled to having the arrangement fixed or a refund issued and she refused to do either one! I stood outside waiting for the police to arrive and then a few minutes later she runs out and offers a generic apology and said "I added more ribbon". I just don't understand why it took the police to come for her to try and make a customer happy!?! Will NEVER allow my family to experience this...

When you walking the flower shop is setup beautiful ,you don't want to leave,then you meet the most nicest, beautiful lady Cara,,she is so kind and friendly, very creative, and she can get down with designing of flowers, she did my son's memorial service and delivered it was beautiful, I had purchased a bunch of different silk flowers to put in our church ,but I didn't know what to do with them .I took them to her and she made the arrangement so beautiful. I had to give her a big hug. My other son asked me about where to buy flowers from he brought flower arrangements from her for his girlfriend's graduation and she loved them, This is my florist I will only go to.
