Stereo Designs — Attraction in Ardmore

These guys are great! They know the difference between "cheap" and "value" and offer the latter. Cheap stuff from big box stores is just that, cheap. It will likely break before you get to enjoy it while value gives you the most bang for your hard-earned dollars for similar prices. I purchased a stereo from them a few years ago and while there is nothing wrong with it, I wanted a newer one with more bells and whistles. The salesman, Kyce didn't try to sell me something. He asked questions about what I was looking for and educated me to help me buy one; not sell me something I didn't need. I didn't know as much as I should before my purchase and instead of talking down to me for not knowing as much, he taught me about the features and let me decide what I needed. To me, this is true customer service!!! I have met the owner and know that he demands superior customer service and that is what you get when you enter Stereo Designs. They are over 100 miles from me and I will gladly pass all of the big box stores on my way back there for future needs. Quality, value, and customer service are what you should expect and that is exactly what I get when I walk in the door there. I sent a message via Facebook and within minutes received a reply to come in that day to take a look at my vehicle, Rob greeted me respectfully and was able to show me every option available for my vehicle. He ordered my kit for next day delivery and set an appointment to install. I called the day before my scheduled appointment to see if they could fit me in and after working a big job, Rob and his team came together to work to get me on the schedule. I even changed my mind when I arrived and wanted to upgrade to a better stereo and add a back up camera. To my surprise, they were not rude or upset, they honestly did not mind doing the upgrade even though it was last minute and extra work. They called in another team member to assist with the installation. They ran into a problem with the installation and upgraded my antenna which cost more but did it for free! These guys are the best with customer service, very kind and hospitable! I waited in the waiting area where they had cable television and Netflix, they offered me water and I felt very welcomed and relaxed.
