We visited it on Saturday for the first time with 2 small kids (4 and 7) It was a disaster. NEVER, EVER AGAIN! As soon as we got there we waited for good 10 min for someone to leave because they were at full capacity. You pay $6.50 per person and it's Not worth it. Park is sooo small and website pictures are misleading. I was very surprised to see no security check (I noticed a long list of items that not allowed inside hanging on the wall) but Nobody checks anything, so people can bring anything inside the bags. I didn’t feel very safe. Next we had troubles finding a chair or any safe place to put our swimming bags down. I saw quite a lot of people sitting on a ground. The water is dirty and there is a lot of garbage floating inside. When you stand in the water you can't see your feet. I was walking out the water when I felt something slimy and long touch my foot, I truly believed it was a snake. The lifeguard saw me trying to figure out what was it and didn't even bothered to get inside the water to check it out or get it out so it's just kept on floating there. I got kids out because I felt unsafe. Later we found out that it was someone hair extension. DISGUSTING!!! Water slide is a joke. The Water pressure was way too weak. My son stopped in the middle and was using hands to push himself down. Even my kids were bored because there's nothing for them to do in the park. The Lifeguards seemed inattentive and distracted, not watching out for anything. Inside the lazy river a lot of kids are holding on to the wall and creating traffic, it was challenging my 4 year old (who can't swim) to get around them. Last thing that pushed me to leave the park right away was someone guy slapped my bottom while I was holding my 4 year old daughter! I was speechless! I did not know how to respond! He said with a smile that he thought I was his wife (even though no other females around.) Not even an apology! I felt very, very scared and uncomfortable being there. I packed my kids and left. I visited most of aquatic centers in the area which are much bigger, cleaner and safer. Don't waste your time and go to Bedford or Euless or H2O. Management should reevaluate their polices and have stiffer enforcement of the rules, and do something about limiting...
Read moreVery nice water park for the community. I rented a pavilion for a party which includes 3 hours for family and guest. After having to bring everything in through the front gate which isn't near pavilion or close to parking we'd used an hour of the time. I think pavilion should be allowed to use service gates located on all sides to bring in party supplies or an allotted sept up party time should be given at no cost for the distance which one needs to travel to bring things in. With Setup and clean up we only had about an hour forty min to swim and feed. I originally thought this will be OK but found we hadn't anywhere to place our things being that the park had filled with people. wanting to give the little one more time to swim we stood holding our items until chairs became availabe. I know this is a community park same all proceeds are allocate for up keep and pay but I felt for the price it wasn't the best choice. Staff is friendly and lifeguards well trained but done tweaking is needed...
Read moreFirst time and LAST time going this last Saturday. It's smaller than I suspected but it was ok for my kiddos. Definitely a nice spot for the younger kids. Only issue we ran into was the parents being absolutely atrocious about the "first come first serve" lawn chairs that the pool provides. There were SEVERAL chairs not being used, no towel or personal items on them, but as soon as I tried to set my stuff down on a chair a group of adults would scream at me that they are reserved. I told them it's first come first serve and you can't "reserve" chairs that are CLEARLY not being used. This happened 3 times before I just gave up and had to set our belongings on a random spot near the pool. It's pathetic that these "parents" act like greedy idiots to the point that they want to actually cause an altercation over a CHAIR. We won't be returning if this is the crowd they allow into their pool, for 30$ extra we could've went to a waterpark and had a...
