This pet supermarket is just average. The reason I give them two stars is because they utilize VIP petcare. VIP petcare is the most unprofessional and uncaring veterinarian pop-up service I've ever seen. They did not use alcohol swabbing during blood draws. They do not bandage the blood draw area or use any compression to prevent hematomas at the draw site. when questioned about it they got a huge attitude until I demanded that they do it. The only thing you save VIP petcare is a veterinarian exam fee of approximately $40 to $50. While we all want to save money, putting your dog endanger is not worth it. They do not clean the table between each dog day service. They do not provide you with a receipt because you have to go home and download it and print it on your own computer. You also must wait several days or your heartworm results. Whereas, the majority of vet services provide these results immediately. Once you get the results you have to download them and print them on your computer. If I'm doing all the self-service and printing all of my own paperwork then why do I not receive a discount for that? Dr. Foley who was in charge (acted as she had just graduated from medical school and knew nothing at all) was not in any type of professional attire designating her as the doctor. None of the staff that assisted her wore name tags or were professional. They did not like that I told them how I wanted my dogs handled, due to the fact that they are Italian Greyhounds and are extremely fragile as well as a jump and flight risk. I explained that I was not leaving my car for an oil change, that this was my pet family member and I demanded they treat them with care and respect. I will never visit VIP care again even if...
Read moreI give 3 stars out of 5 because their corporate customer service is a joke. Apparently they are going thru, or went thru a change in mgmt and new staff.
I had a problem with a one of the managers not honoring a price that was clearly marked. Corporate was a joke when I brought it up to their level.
The only reason why I gave it 3 stars is because they have kittens their to adopt, and some of the NEW staff have been more than helpful.
One might ask why adopting kittens is such a big deal, well they dont come from a "kitten/puppy mill" they are rescues. I am very vocal on rescuing animals compared to buying from a breeder. To many damn animals out there that need a good home.
Overall nice selection to choose from and if you buy dog/cat food so many times you get a free bag. ( have to buy certain amount per year)
Also they have a vet that comes on certain weekends as well, and offer military discounts on...

I came in today around 1:45pm and whoever was working this shift which were two women, were extremely rude. My dog had a minor accident so I went to the front to apologize and let them know and they did not handle it as professional as I would have hoped they would. The two women began discussing how they couldn't believe I let my dog just pee in the floor while they pointed out who I was to another employee (male). This was a horrible experience and for the record I apologized that my small dog had an accident, I did not see that he was peeing, but when I did catch him I pulled him away and went to the front to let them know. I will not be coming back here again and I'm hoping the management team here can correct this horrible, immature experience for...
