I drove from Plano, TX to visit this store bc one of my friends shops there. I had my 2 year old in his stroller and only saw 2 pairs of shoes I liked so I just walked around to pass the time while my friend shopped. The manager, Nadia, asked me if I saw a rose gold wallet. I said I hadn’t and told my friend I wasn’t in the mood to shop somewhere that pretty much accused me of stealing. In the meantime, the manager encouraged this other shopper to call the police on me bc I was the only person in that area of the store. The police arrived and watched the surveillance video (which the manager kept skipping around and zooming out on) to confirm that I didn’t take anything. My husband later got a phone call from the store manager stating that they found who stole the lady’s wallet and it was on the opposite side of the store. The store in Grand Prairie Tx has horrible customer service. I called the store to get their store hours and Alejandro told me that they closed at 8. I drove 45 minutes from Dallas just to have the door locked in my face at 7:50. I called to see what was going on and there was no apology for giving out the wrong information or wasting my time. She just stated that they lock the doors early. I asked her why she didn’t say that when I called and she just played the blame game. I come back today to speak to the manager and purchase the boots that I was looking for and her attitude was even worst. After I asked for the owner’s information to report it she refused. There was no thank you for your purchase or sorry about being given the wrong information and driving out of your way. They were just rude and disgusting. Horrible customer service at this location . There was a lady working the register that said I couldn’t purchase a shoe because one strap was missing . She didn’t try to see if it was mixed up with another shoe . She immediately destroyed the box . I expressed the disappointment & she raised her voice going off saying that her employees were doing what she told them to do . The customer is always right there was no way she should have been yelling as I was exiting the store . This is why you can’t give young people authority or a higher position .
