This is my favorite place to buy drinks, I have been a faithful customer to them for awhile now, and was super excited when they opened this location, so I wouldn’t have to drive across town anymore. Call me crazy if you want, but I am highly upset with this mornings staff 8/30/24 9:10 am. I ordered my drink WITH NO ICE, the employee clearly repeated my order. Got to the window and my drink had ice. Any other time I wouldn’t have made a big deal, but just had dental work and my teeth are very sensitive, so I told the employee I had requested no ice. They run off with my cup for about 2 min and come back with ice still in it from where they scooped the ice out. Now I don’t know if they used their hands, a spoon lid or what to get the ice out, but I am big on germs and my mind always goes to the negative, but that’s still not the full problem. They bring me back my drink WITH ICE STILL IN IT, then the guy at the window wanted to argue me down saying there was not any ice in the drink, until I had to pop the top off to show him. This is heaven for tea drinkers!

Very first visit to HTeaO and I'm impressed with their collection of tea flavors. They also have a substantial Yeti collection as well. They do offer coffee and some eats, but I didn't focus on that today.

There are over 20+ tea flavors available. This is a self serve operation, so you get to choose how much sugar and whatever else you want to add to your tea. There are premium fruits available but lemon, lime and oranges are complimentary.

There are snacks for sale as well as bags of tea. You can also grab a gallon of tea in your favorite flavors.

Lastly, the store is quite accessible. There is a wheelchair accessible parking spot at the front of the store. There's also an automatic sliding door and accessible bathroom.
