Walgreens — Attraction in Arlington

I would give it a 0 if that was an option I order on line for delivery it was canceled - so order pick up for just 4 12 packs of diet coke - I ordered at 5:00 - at 7:30 said it was delayed called the number that was texted to me no help told me I needed to speak to store - no one was answering the store phone so had to carry my sleeping baby and bring my puppy into store - while my cell phone was still waiting for someone to pick up. There were 0 customers in the store so I asked the cashier why no one was answering the phone she was speaking on her personal cell phone will at register, I asked for a manager they never came but a supervisor came so I told him since the diet coke was right next to the door I was going to just take what I ordered he said he would be right back - I took the 4 diet cokes was in my car driving away when he said wait the order is now ready- I told him that I already had them as I told him - I am so frustrated that no one even customer service number did not care DO...

Horrifying. Instead of addressing one simple question about over-the-counter medicine for a sick toddler they made me stand in line for 15 minutes and then turned me away because “we can’t answer any questions on what’s best for you”. They they showed me the “covid 19 vaccination” window and said someone will help me there. Another 15 minutes, no one showed up. I asked a store worker/cashier if anyone could answer a simple question or if I could talk to a supervisor, and the answer was “sorry, I don’t know, you can’t, no one can answer any questions.” Another 15 minutes in line because only one cashier was working. Paid my 9 bucks and left without the medicine I was looking for. The most terrible customer service I’ve had so far. But hard to argue with oligopolies like Walgreens and CVS. They own the...

Pharmacists and techs here are knowledgeable and very friendly. I had to switch temporarily to this location for a few months during a home renovation and used this location as it was closest to where we were staying for a few months. The entire staff here is friendly and never make you feel like you’re an disruption to their day. If they say they will do something, they do it. If they say they will call you back, they do. I require a specific generic brand of medication and they always have it in stock. Unlike the other Walgreens we use. I wish I could keep our prescriptions here after we move back but it wouldn’t be very convenient for us to do so as we live 45 mins away from this Arlington location. What else can I say...They do their job and do it without any inconvenience to me....
