A very nice park tucked away in a neighborhood. Parking is a real challenge as almost all surrounding streets are permit required. There is not a parking lot, but if you look closely you’ll find non-permitted street parking, just pay attention to all the street signs! This park would be a 5-star for me if not for the parking situation. They have a nice sand pit - always my kids favorite spot - and a nice play set for the younger kids. The swings are separate from the other play structures and sit in sand, so it’s really a second large sand pit. There is also an excellent climbing structure for the older kids to enjoy. Plenty of picnic tables, a water fountain, and a large field to play in as well as a single basketball hoop on a half court. There is quite a bit of shade at this park which is always a big plus when it’s hot and sunny in the summer months.

Great for young and big kids. Clean and quiet. No busy streets and perfect for a picnic. Plenty of shade. Parking is limited on street.

Woodland park is a hidden gem that offers a fantastic setup for kids to play and adults to enjoy a little peace. There's no parking lot but it is usually easy to find spots in the adjacent streets. The park is accessed through a path that crosses a little stream. It is surrounded by houses and well isolated from traffic, so kids can play freely and parents have peace of mind. There is a large grass patch, perfect for soccer or picnics, a single hoop basketball court, water fountain, picnic tables and a playground, which is not very big, but has a little bit of everything (sand box, swings..) and there's trucks and toys for kids to play. Lots of shade from the trees and...
