I Saw your reply look into your books of last year June or July I have sold back some jewelry which I bought it from you. You must have a record of it.. We have been your loyal customer for years and I have brought friends and gave business to you. But as soon as you know I’ll be moving somehow you know that I won’t be coming back to you guys to ask you everything changed. I don’t know whether your jewelry person who is at your store did it or not. I came back to pick up the jewelry and few weeks after both the chain showed its real color. Cheating a lady is NO joke. God will definitely punish you guys. The chain my mom gave me was the old time pure gold and I got back the brass chain. My pain in my heart is so heavy that you guys would not understand.. You definitely have a record under my name. Just writing back like this doesn’t mean that you guys are right. If you are so serious about your reputation go back look under my name. Think twice before writing. This is a serious matter. They have cheated me. I gave a 4 sovereign chain and a 3 grams chain to polish. They told me to come next day since they were busy. They know I will be moving away from my place. They gave back brass chain instead of my gold chain which my mom gave me when I was young. ...

I recommend not going to this store or working with these folks if you care about keeping your real gold. My family have been doing business with Highglow since 1984, but since being scammed by them, we will not return. We went to do a simple thing - just change the closure on a pure gold chain - a same-day, 10-minute turnaround. They not only stole at least two inches of the chain; they joined the new closure with a non-gold material. We immediately told them that the chain was shorter and they had taken gold; and they denied it. 40 years of business, and we will never return here. I strongly recommend not giving them any of your business. These people are cheats and scammers, unethical business people that are willing to steal enormous amounts from innocent and loyal customers. They have absolutely no integrity; the destruction of the chain was so obvious that one has to think these people must be quite...

I had a great experience here. I was looking for an engagement ring and decided to try them out, and it worked out well for me. The people were pleasant to work with and were always available to answer all of my many questions over the following few weeks. When I realized that I gave him the wrong ring size, Raj even made it convenient for me to meet up at different locations, several times, when I wasn't able to drive back to the shop. He mailed me the documents I needed right away, gave me good help with insurance, and basically did everything possible to make life easier for me during this whole process...and that REALLY helped me because I had a million other things to think about at the time (getting engaged was a big step!). Thanks a ton to Raj and the people at the shop for a non-stressful...
