Grizzly Bear Habitat — Attraction in Asheboro

Small exhibit with two viewing areas. The viewing area is fairly high up and has a glass shield. Below the glass is some water and the exhibit itself is rocky with grass throughout.

I've only see one grizzly here and sometimes he is up and moving and other times he is hiding in his makeshift shelter (has straw). The grizzly is huge and looking at his giant paws and claws is neat. Signage detailing facts about grizzly bears and even comparing claws of grizzlies, black bears, and...
