I was given a quote on the repair (broken camera lens and presumed inoperative camera too). When I brought the phone in, I was quoted a higher price, being told now that this was actually two repairs. Another employee told me they would work something out. I was then contacted and told that they couldn't get the camera to work at all and couldn't suggest anything, but that there would be no charge. When I went to pick it up, I was told that when they reassembled the phone (Samsung S7) , they reinstalled the old camera with the new lens and presto! Everything worked. I left my wife's phone number in the event they needed to contact me. I picked up the phone, pocketed it, and went home. Good thing I gave them my wife's number. Read moreMade an appointment, dropped off phone for screen replacement. They tested it to be sure everything was working before taking possession. They said it would be about 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours. I returned 1 1/4 hrs later and it was all ready and worked great. I was impressed with how professional they were and am happy with the results! I would definitely return if I needed a screen replacement (let's hope I don't need to return for that). Thanks...
